2-5 working days for Romania
7-15 working days for European Union
10-30 working days for Other Areas (usually 14 days for U.S.A.)
*NOTE: BUYERS ARE RESPONSABLE FOR ANY DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES THAT MAY BE INCURRED.
SHIPPING &ADDRESS CHANGES
We will use the addresses provided to us on the invoice. Be sure to verify your address because:
• We will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation.
• Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
• If an addressee does not accept / pick up a package and the order is shipped back to us, the buyer covers repeat shipping costs.
*We are able to deliver to APO, FPO and DPO addresses, however, due to the nature of these services, it may take more than 45 business days to receive your order. We recommend using a land or civilian address, if possible!
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LATER THAN EXPECTED?
If your order hasn't reached you within the expected number of business days in the table above, the first step is to contact your local postal office in case they are holding the package for you. You'd be surprised how often this is the case!
If you feel that your order is taking much longer than it should, you've allowed a reasonable time for your local customs to peek at your awesome new stuff, and your local post office was not able to help, contact as and we'll work with you to find a solution.
